I haven’t kept it a secret that I’m spending a few nights a week teaching a class called Bridal Sculpt. Because the owner of the class and I firmly believe that variety is what keeps you and your body interested in your workouts, we end up sweating it out in a lot of different ways. This week we partnered up – don’t worry, everything is better with friends, even sweating. All you need is your bodyweight, but if you have a jump rope, you can bring that too. Each partner should be in motion for all 15 minutes. After the first partner completes her exercises, both partners will do my favorite buddy move, the plank with hi-fives. Sound confusing? Watch this video, but don’t worry about doing any movement from side-to-side.
Once you complete the plank, partners switch exercises. Repeat this for 15 minutes! Have fun! And remember, you can partner up with us at Bridal Sculpt and try your first class for free!
