Tighten Up for Summer with this No Equipment Workout

If you’re trying to work your workouts into a small amount of time or if you don’t have access to a gym, no equipment workouts are your friend. #NoExcuses.

This series combines a bit of barre, HIIT and the traditional body weight moves. Go through this three times (if you can only fit in two circuits, do that). If you don’t have a jump rope, just go through the motion of jump-roping.
