  • I’m on the road this week and I tend to count on body weight workouts. Plan as you may, sometimes you run into hotels that have varying definitions of “gym.” You can do this 15-minute workout at the gym or in your hotel room!



    Mountain climbers:


    Alternating step-forward lunges: 

    Squat jumps:

    Rotating push-ups:

    Oblique twists:
