Every time I teach Bridal Sculpt, I try to create a workout that is a challenge for everyone. You know what’s really challenging? Doing each kind of exercise three different ways. Three times. Thank us later. Do each exercise to the point of burn, not quite failure because you’ll be working each muscle group for about 7-10 minutes.
