A bodyweight workout to get you through Chiberia I’m not a wimp when it comes to the cold, but when stuff on my face starts freezing closed, I’m calling it and staying inside. That doesn’t mean you have to call off your workout. Do this circuit three times at home if you’re not into freezing your nose off.
