At-home ab workout designed for spring

    Spring is a tease this year. Who knows when we’ll get the full Monty. For the day when somehow, somewhere, summer blows into our fair city, this ab routine can be coupled with your fitness regime to tighten those tummy muscles. Bikini season, maybe?

    The description says to do these exercises for 30 seconds each, but do each until it burns. Whether that’s longer or shorter is up to you.

    Crunches with the right knee bent and the left straight leg lifted off the floor:

    Crunches with the left lifted with the knee parallel to the right knee:

    Crunch your left elbow to the right knee:

    Toe reaches:
