How to Work Out at Home for Free While You’re Social Distancing

Physical and mental health has always been the top priority in our corner of the internet. The direction from our state, local, and national governments continues to encourage (and sometimes require) social distancing to combat the spread of COVID-19, commonly referred to as the coronavirus, and we want to make it easier for our community to comply.

Whether you are self-quarantining or taking precautions to protect yourself and others, you’re likely discovering a new daily routine. In the midst of that chaos, exercise can help us feel balanced, which can be especially needed when we’re contained to our apartments. 

Here’s our roundup of at-home workouts available live and on-demand at no charge, many of which are working overtime to accommodate COVID-19. This is “Everything’s Better with Friends,” The Digital Edition.
