Try This Dumbbell Circuit from Ladies Who Lift Creator, Rae Reichlin

As founder of Ladies Who Lift Rae Reichlin, will tell you, lifting weights improves your health in a number of ways. Her strength circuits don’t only get your blood pumping and the sweat dripping off your brow, she helps you find the strength and confidence to challenge yourself both in and out of the gym.

If you can’t attend one of Rae’s weight training workshops and workouts, you can find her on the SweatWorking app with strength-based workouts that require either only bodyweight, a set of dumbbells or minimal other equipment.

  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 10 Floor Press
  • 10 (Each Side) Reverse Lunge (alternating sides)
  • 10 Overhead Press
  • 45 sec Plank

Set 2: Complete this set three times

  • 10 Romanian Deadlift
  • 10 Bent Over Row, Right
  • 10 Bent Over Row, Left
  • 10 Glute Raise
  • 10 (Each Side) Curls
  • 10 (Each Side) Kneeling Chop, Right
  • 10 (Each Side) Kneeling Chop, Left
