As founder of Ladies Who Lift Rae Reichlin, will tell you, lifting weights improves your health in a number of ways. Her strength circuits don’t only get your blood pumping and the sweat dripping off your brow, she helps you find the strength and confidence to challenge yourself both in and out of the gym.
If you can’t attend one of Rae’s weight training workshops and workouts, you can find her on the SweatWorking app with strength-based workouts that require either only bodyweight, a set of dumbbells or minimal other equipment.
This workout is an example of what you’ll find on the app with her. It will take you less than half an hour and all you’ll need is a medium set of dumbbells to take on the exercises she’s laid out for you.
