  • I love to work arms. Yes, I love the burn, but I also love the way toned arms look in dresses … like wedding dresses. So we did this sequence at Bridal Sculpt this week, but it’s always in my back pocketArms

    If you don’t know how to do any of these exercises, I made fiance snap some demo photos.

    Offset push-ups:

    Arm pulses:pulse up for 1 minute, forward for 1 minute and back for one minute.

    Triceps pulses:
