I love to work arms. Yes, I love the burn, but I also love the way toned arms look in dresses … like wedding dresses. So we did this sequence at Bridal Sculpt this week, but it’s always in my back pocket

Offset push-ups:
Arm pulses:pulse up for 1 minute, forward for 1 minute and back for one minute.
