This week in Bridal Sculpt, we mixed two great barre-inspired segments with two HIIT series and not a face in the studio was sweat free. If you want to do this workout at home, do the second HIIT series with a friend or alternate between completing three rounds of the exercises listed for “partner 1” and doing the air-jump rope for about three minutes.
