Bridal Sculpt workout at home of the week

I had to travel for work this week, so the Bridal Sculpt body weight workout came in handy in a Dallas hotel. If you want to try it, get yourself ready to do two totally different series that push your body to the limit in two different ways. For the first series, set a timer for 20 minutes, do each exercise the number of times listed and go through this series as many times as possible.

For the second series, bring your muscles to that shaky point-of-failure. You’re welcome. And remember that you can try your first Bridal Sculpt class for free!
