A 20 Minute Mat Jam Cardio and Strength Workout with Garth Johnson

In aSweatLife’s third Pride Month workout, Garth Johnson brings his joyful movement style to you. This 20-minute MAT JAM workout features high intensity HIIT moves with dance grooves. This class is truly an expression of JOY, and anyone can join! All you need is a yoga mat and your water bottle.

Workout: 

  • 0:00-4:00: Warm up
  • 4:00-6:00: Inchworms + mountain climbers
  • 6:00-9:00: Push up and lunge series
  • 9:00-12:00 Core and abdominals
  • 12:00-14:00: Inchworms + mountain climbers, round 2
  • 14:00-18:00: Cardio mat jam
  • 18:00-20:00: Cool down and stretch
