We’re celebrating Women’s History Month the best way we know how—by sweating, of course. Each week, we’ll release a new workout meant to help you find your strong, led by some of the badass female trainers in our community. You’ll get a variety of workouts, from strength to yoga to HIIT, all meant to help you connect to your inner strength and find your own power. In this first workout, Amanda Mirach will take you through a 20 minute cardio and strength workout. She’ll lead you through an eight-move circuit targeting every part of your body: upper body, lower body, core, and a cardio blast for good measure. All you’ll need is a set of dumbbells and a mat; if you don’t have dumbbells, this workout can also be done with bodyweight only.
