  1. I love this challenge since I need accountability on recovery as I’m going into Week 9 of a training plan for a 50k in May. I am reminded my body is storing so much emotion, and when I spend time doing yoga, stretching, foam rolling, and massage I am aware of my own body, my breath, and it keeps me grounded.
