    Class Focus: This class works to spike and lower your heart rate repeatedly with interval training. It mixes 15-minute sets of treadmill work with 15-minute sets of toning.

    Just opened, the newest Shred 415 location is bringing its high intensity workouts to Wicker Park.

    If you’re enjoying indulging in food and candy like I am today and are looking for a new place to get back on track come Monday morning, check out the new Shred415 location in Wicker Park! The latest outpost of the popular studio is near the Damen Blue Line stop and has plenty of class times to kick your butt! In fact, Jeana and I tried it out on Saturday with one of our favorite trainers, Kate. We were sweaty messes afterwards, but it felt amazing.
