Bret Gornik of Live Better Co. Helps You Take on Leg Day With a Warm-Up

When Bret Gornik and Jason Loebig left their high-stress jobs in the corporate world to form a company together, they did so with one ultimate goal in mind – to help people live better. Live Better Co. was born to provide people with tools and experiences that help them move better, feel better, fuel better and ultimately live more healthy lives.

As individuals, they are Nike Trainers and Barry’s Bootcamp founding instructors in Chicago. Together, Live Better Co. hosts wellness retreats and experiences year-round, and you can find their featured Live Better Co. channel on the SweatWorking app.

If you take on a workout with Bret or Jason, you’ll feel it for days. But this duo places just as much, if not more, importance on everything that happens before and after your hour at the gym in helping you live your healthiest, best life. That’s why you’ll find meditation, mobility, and smart and effective warm-ups on the SweatWorking app if you want to work out with Jason and Bret.

What’s in this warm-up video?

Over the next ten minutes, you’ll spend time rolling out and activating your glute muscles as well as your hip flexors and quads. After taking on Bret’s routine, you’ll be ready for whatever squat or lunge combo your leg day has in store for you.

What do you need?

Grab a mini band and either a tennis ball, lacrosse ball or Hyperice to make the most of this mobility routine.
