    We cannot stop talking about #SweatworkingWeek, June 6-12, and we’re not sorry. When you plan something for months that’s just around the corner, it’s hard to do anything but explode with excitement.

    We’re asking you to try something new at studios across Chicago all while making some friends (you can call it networking too) for a sweet price ($60 for an unlimited ticket and $15 for a la carte tickets).

    Guiding the week, we have five big things we’re asking you to do:

    1. Rise and shine and take a morning class!
    2. Try something new
    3. Sweat somewhere that kind of scares you
    4. Do something you think you should do more of (cough, yoga, cough).
    5. Meet someone new and do a power pose with them

    When you do any of those things and post a snap of them on Instagram using the hashtag #SweatworkingWeek, you’ll be entered for a chance to win prizes from the drool-worthy list below. And if you take a look at the bottom of the list, there’s a reward from Nike for doing all of tasks.
