Sweatworking Week Plus: Join Us for a Week of Fitness, Food, Friendship, Fun June 12-17

Get ready to break a sweat, make new friends, and have a blast at the 11th annual Sweatworking Week, taking place from June 12th to June 17th, 2023. This year, we’re taking things up a notch with Sweatworking Week Plus – every event will have an added element of food, friendship, fun, or arts and culture.

We’re excited to announce that some of our partners this year include Puma, Perfect Bar, Mush, Luna Bay, Lil Bucks, Chomps, Farmer’s Fridge, Asutra, Vacation Sunscreen, Literally Outside, and many more that will be announced soon.

What makes this year’s Sweatworking Week special?

We have a lot planned for you, but for now, we can reveal something special. All classes are just $5 to make it super easy for you to try new things and meet new people.

Which studios will be involved in the schedule for Sweatworking Week?

Throughout the week, we’re teaming up with studios and community partners like Fit Results, Strength in the City, Chicago Girls Who Walk, Gallagher Way, Shred 415, Tortugas Run Club, The National Museum of Mexican Art, F45, Free MVMT Shop, Indigo and Violet Studio, Go Running Tours, [solidcore] studios across the Midwest, Pure Barre Bucktown, Bolt Fitness, Basecamp, Air Aerial Fitness, The Garage, and Bond Collective to offer a wide range of fitness experiences.

What’s the “Plus” of Sweatworking Week Plus?

But it’s not just about working out – we’re also incorporating elements of food, friendship, fun, and arts and culture into every event. You’ll get to meet like-minded humans who are passionate about wellness, sample healthy snacks and drinks, explore different neighborhoods, and even check out local museums and galleries.

And when the week is over, you’ll get the self-love you deserve with the Self-Care Crawl in the West Loop. This is the perfect opportunity to unwind and reflect on all the amazing experiences you’ve had during Sweatworking Week.

Where are the tickets for Sweatworking Week?

They’re here, thanks for asking! Classes will fill. Grab your tickets now!

And if you’re looking for the official kick-off, we’ll host that in partnership with Strength in the City and Chicago Girls Who Walk June 12 at Gallagher Way. That event will be free, but you must register in advance here.
