Close down summer with a Sweatworking Crawl at The Reed at Southbank

We love a Sweatworking Crawl – the idea of doing a little bit of a couple of different forms of exercise is exactly why we exist. If we’ve done our job right, you’ll walk away from a Sweatworking Crawl with at least one new friend, something new to add to your fitness routine, and MAYBE a new neighborhood to love.

September 10, we’re going to bring back a crowd favorite, the crawl. But this version will have you blissfully moving into your week after a Sunday filled with all the amenities you’ll experience at Chicago’s newest residential tower – The Reed at Southbank. You’ll enjoy access to the expansive gym during a strength workout. You’ll do sun salutations overlooking the gorgeous city with Candis Oakley. And you’ll stroll along the newly developed portion of the riverwalk with me, aSweatLife founder Jeana Anderson Cohen.

After that, we’ll cool down with a dip in the pool, which has great views of the Chicago River and downtown skyline. You’ll want to wear your athletic clothes and shoes. Bring a yoga mat, a towel, and a swimsuit!
