I’m still feeling my workout from Sweat on State (read about the amazing high-intensity workout here). While the burn is fresh, you can get in on the HIIT workout that uses some of my favorite elements of CrossFit, like the HUGE variety of daily workouts and the heart-pounding pace, but takes out some of the less approachable elements, like Olympic lifting.
