  • We love creating a mood in all of our #Sweatworking classes. That’s why we’ve worked with the DJ Firm for more than three years to create a special atmosphere at our event.

    Monday 1/8 at 7 am: Flywheel Gold Coast for a DJ Ride [waitlist only]

    Please join aSweatLife.com to kick off the fourth #SweatworkingWeek at FlyWheel Gold Coast at 7 am. We’ll sweat our way into our favorite week on the bike with Taylor who will be accompanied by the musical stylings of the DJ Firm. A party in the morning will kick off your week, your New Year and #SweatworkingWeek in the perfect way.

    Wednesday 1/10, 6 am: yoga and bouldering at Brooklyn Boulders with a LIVE DJ

    We’re taking over Brooklyn Boulders during #SweatworkingWeek for a sunrise yoga flow followed by bouldering in the giant, gorgeous space. This yoga flow will take over the spacious climbing floor where you’ll be led through a flow as the sun rises by beloved instructor Anne Rivelli. And when we roll up our mats, expect to boulder until you’re ready to get ready for work at the gym, using Cowshed products. The morning will be fueled by the musical stylings of the DJ Firm.

    Wednesday 1/10, 6 pm: Title Boxing Club and Yoga Six with a LIVE DJ

    What could be better than a boxing and yoga collaboration with Title Boxing Club and Yoga Six? Adding a DJ from the DJ Firm to the mix. And because Title Boxing Club and Yoga Six are just down the hall from each other in South Loop’s Roosevelt Collection, you won’t have to worry about cold, snow, rain or anything else once you start this sweat session. Prepare for 30 minutes of high-intensity boxing at Title Boxing Club and a 30-minute flow that will be the exact perfect compliment.

    ursday 1/11, 6 am: Stair climb and a yoga flow with Ali Brashler & LIVE DJ [waitlist only]

    With sweeping views of the Chicago River on London House’s 21st floor, we’re reimagining the best start to your day. You’ll drop off your belongings on the 21st floor with an attendant from aSweatLife and head back to the lobby of The London House where you’ll take on a stair climb to the 21st floor. When you make it to the top, reward yourself with a yoga flow led by Ali Brashler. As you take to your mat, you’ll face the sunrise that will light up the river and your morning. You’ll be moved through each pose by music from The DJ Firm.

    Friday 1/12, 6 am and 7 am at SWEAT Lincoln Park Featuring a LIVE DJ

    We’re going to make our way to SWEAT Chicago’s newest location. During group classes, high-intensity intervals blend low-impact exercises with heavy strength training and cardio-driven movements, incorporating everything from dumbbells and body bars to treadmills, rowers and TRX suspension trainers. Each session focuses on different muscles and exercises, helping to prevent boredom and fitness plateaus. Instructors also preach proper form to ensure a safe, effective workout and can scale any class to suit your fitness level and ability.
