What’s the difference between oatmeal and porridge? I had to google it too. Porridge is any kind of hot cereal that could be made with rice, cornmeal or oats. So oatmeal is a kind of porridge, but porridge is not necessarily oatmeal.

    Also, bears eat porridge.

Whatever it is, it’s quick and it’s great for your morning meal. Make this porridge recipe in the morning and enjoy it hot or make it at night and enjoy it cold (after stirring in some more almond milk).

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup almond milk
    • 1 cup rolled oats
    • 3 TBS chopped dried fruit
    • 2 TBS chia seeds
    • 1 TBS maple syrup
    • 1 TBS almond butter
    • Dash of cinnamon
    • Dash of dried coconut

    Directions:

    1. Chop your dried fruit and set aside
