Get More out of Lunch During #SweatworkingWeek, Jan. 8-13
  • December 13, 2017
  • #SweatworkingWeek isn’t just about sweat. We host this week to help you get healthier in and out of the gym. To form meaningful friendships, to create goals that get you out of bed and to find new ways to move your body that excite you.

#MakeNewFriendsTryNewThingsAndSetBigGoalsWeek is just way too long for a hashtag.

To embrace getting stronger outside the gym, we created the Lunch-and-Learn sessions. At noon during #SweatworkingWeek, we gather for a sweat-free session with the help of some of our friends.
