Sunday, June 9: A Sunday Fun-day after the Chicago Better with Friends Hike
Is it just us, or does beer taste even better after moving your body outdoors? Join us in Chicago for a Better with Friends 5K Hike, and your ticket will include a Michelob ULTRA at the Shore Club during an epic Sunday Fun-day.
Even better, this event is specifically focused on making new friends and enjoying time outdoors together—so if you’re thinking about signing up solo, you can do so, knowing your day will end with cheer-sing to new friendships.
Monday, June 10: During a Happy Hour at Trunk Club
Getting through any Monday is reason enough to celebrate and have a little fun, are we right? At this #SweatworkingWeek event, join us for a fashion show and happy hour at Trunk Club to preview the latest studio-to-street looks for summer. You’ll have an opportunity to shop the looks while you nibble on food from Left Coast and enjoy a celebratory beverage with Michelob ULTRA.

Friday, June 14: Any of FOUR different closing events at Chicago Athletic Association!
Whether your idea of a fun workout includes pick-up soccer, hip hop yoga, a full-on dance party, or a mini-crawl with your favorite Chicago studios, we’ve got it covered at this year’s #SweatworkingWeek closing party. Sign up for any of the following events (or maybe even two, if you’re feeling ambitious), and you’re invited to join us at the Chicago Athletic Association for a Friday night Pep Rally, complete with Michelob ULTRA and a surprise live musical guest.

5:15pm: Studio crawl at Maggie Daley Field: You’ll experience four different workouts with four different partners, getting a taste of cardio, an upper body blast, a lower body set you’ll love and a yoga flow to give you a chance to unwind. Studios will include Bare Feet Power Yoga, The Barre Code, and SALT!
5:30pm: Hip hop yoga with Y7: With Y7, you’ll flow through sequences with intention, braiding postures together that will open, stretch and restore your body from the inside-out. We will peel back the layers through a smart and safe yoga sequence, carefully choreographed to music that ranges from Cardi B to A Tribe Called Quest. And hey, it just might be a preview of something to come in Chicago very soon…
6:15pm: Soccer with the Chicago Red Stars: Bring out your inner Mia Hamm with this soccer-inspired workout led by the Chicago Red Stars of the National Women’s Soccer League. We’ll spend 50 minutes with members of the Red Stars, trying our hands (er, our feet) at soccer skills and drills. Whether you can bend it like Beckham or have never worn soccer cleats in your life, this workout will be fun, team-oriented, and accessible for all skills levels and athletes.
6:30pm: 305 Fitness: 305 Fitness is a dance cardio party that’s for YOU, especially if you’ve ever said that phrase, “I’m not a dancer.” It’s as much community as it is class–a safe space where you can release your inhibitions, let your freak flag fly, and meet open-minded people while getting stronger and happier. The music is mixed by a DJ, the instructors already love you, and you’re sure to move and sweat your faces off–and leave smiling.
After these fun fitness events have wrapped up, we’ll all meet at the Chicago Athletic Association for a celebratory Michelob ULTRA, plus snacks, live music, and more from our partners. This Friday night Pep Rally will blow your mind—and you won’t want to miss the surprise musical guests.
