Looking for some last-minute marathon advice—or a great big dose of inspiration from one of Chicago’s favorite goal-getters? On Oct. 3, we’re once again bringing a live recording of our podcast to one of Chicago’s hottest hotels, and you’re invited!
On #WeGotGoals, we ask two big questions of our guests—one about a goal they’ve accomplished and one about a goal they’re working toward. The simple interview format allows our guests to share stories of incredible achievement. Listeners can expect to be inspired to apply the ways these entrepreneurs, Olympians, actors, and authors all set goals and achieve them.
We’ll have a chat about goals with the one and only Marathon Whisperer (and aSweatLife ambassador) Denise Sauriol, owner and coach at Run for Change. She’s coaching 190 runners, half them first-timers, in the Bank of America Chicago Marathon on Oct. 7. Oh, and by the way, she’s running it too — it’ll be her 100th marathon.
Stick around afterward to buy signed copies of her new book, Me, You & 26.2: Coach Denise’s Guide to Get YOU TO YOUR First Marathon. And, you can even hop in the booth to talk about one of your own goals—we’ll record a few from the audience to feature at the end of future episodes. (Interested?
