As Fiance and I were preparing for our vacation, I realized that our grocery supply was a pathetic mix of dry/baking goods (because it’s easy to stockpile stuff to bake with if you never bake) and spices.
I knew that this would all hit me as I prepared for my morning workout. Nothing is worse than a hungry workout. Nothing. So I made some overnight oats. 4 ingredients? No cooking? No problem.
- 1/2 cup Oat Bran
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon agave nectar
- Mix everything together before you go to bed:
2. Wake up and add in any raisins, cut up fruits or nuts that you like.
