Saturday, VIBEUP takes over the Godfrey Hotel for a day of yoga, meditation and community building. The day starts at 8:30 am and lasts until 3:15 pm, featuring one meditation, two talks, a lunch and four opportunities to practice yoga with a woman who is nationally known for her asanas, Chelsey Korus.

Rolling out her mat for this special event, Chelsey Korus – featured in PopSugar, Prevention Magazine, Yoga Journal, Women’s Fitness, Mantra Magazine, Fitness Magazine, Shape and Yogaglo – will teach two yoga classes solo and co-teach two with her partner Mike Aidala. Based on the time I just spent going down an Instagram-rabbit-hole, in the inversion and acrobatic yoga practices the pair will make you heart-eye emoji all over the place.

You can meet for the VIBEUP event on the fourth floor lounge of the Godfrey Hotel where you can grab tickets for the entire day for $99, individual classes for $30 or to everything with a friend for $179. And if you want to catch a complimentary piece of the day, you can attend the meditation at 9 am and the talk at 1 pm.
