You’ll take in positive affirmations while focusing on your breath, and you’ll feel rejuvenated by the time you come off the mat. Then, Linda Jaros, Brand Educator and Experience Specialist with OOFOS, guides us through a gentle self-massage sequence to reward your feet for all the hard work they do.
