This year’s State of Fitness Survey: Tell us how you spend your time and money on Wellness

Since 2017, we’ve asked you to share how you think about wellness and how you choose to move and spend.

As you can imagine based on the timeline, it’s been an incredibly useful resource for us and those who use it as a reference. With that data, we’ve watched the pandemic’s effects on the fitness industry as well as how people are finding ways to move.

Over the years, we’ve added and removed questions based on the changing landscape. This year, you’ll find that we removed the questions about returning to gym post-COVID. We realize that there are some folks who may never fully return to their pre-COVID routines, but we’ll see that in the other data.

You’ll also notice that we ask questions about your mental health routine and friendship. We know there’s ongoing research to support the impact of relationships on your mental health, so we’re just here to be the friend that checks in.

Ready to take the survey? It will take you an easy 10 minutes and a little reflection.
