I love the exercises inspired by the Lotte Berk method that you can find at Exhale, Barre Bee Fit, Pure Barre, The Dailey Method, the Bar Method and more. Grab a chair and set aside 10 minutes to lean out those thighs. When it warms up get up, get out and try any of those barre studios to get toned from head to toe.

Plie squats are fabulous!!! I do tons of them in yoga and wow, they work sooo good! Great exercises! I love them all!!
