Yoga in the Park with Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt
  • July 30, 2013
  • I know two things in this world to be true. Every day I wake up with the intention of getting a workout in and fighting the good fight against my sweet tooth. Stupid sweet tooth.

Thanks to Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt‘s Yoga in the Park last Friday, I accomplished both in one sitting. Well actually it was a win-win for my sweet tooth and my health with the Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt bars.

There is NOTHING better than getting the daily sweat on outside in the city, but it’s not every day that you get to wake up and do yoga in the heart of the city. Can you beat this:

With Stacy Levy leading the class, we worked through a vinyasa yoga class, opening my hips and reminding me that I need to do yoga more often.

After putting us all in a zen place, Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt fed us delicious dessert for breakfast and sent the majority of the group onto their day at the fabulous BlogHer conference, while I went to work.  I tried Vanilla Bean. Its 7 g protein, 0 g fat and 13 g carbs made my heart go pitter patter.
