Want to try Barre3?

This month, aSweatLife’s ambassadors enjoyed 5 classes at our studio of the month, Barre3. Ambassadors took classes via the studio’s digital membership and in-studio at the locations in Chicago’s West Loop, Clarendon Hills, IL  and Madison, WI.

By the way, you can add yourself to the Ambassador waitlist to get incredible perks like this too.

Barre3 is a workout that I really enjoy for so many reasons, the biggest one being that the classes fly by. For as much as I love fitness class, I still don’t want to ever feel like I’m working out forever or even doing one movement forever. Barre3’s workout is broken into strength, cardio, and mindfulness and each new section of class seems to come at the perfect time and break you out of whatever came last.

My favorite part? Class always ends with a few minutes of mindfulness. As someone who struggles to make space for mindfulness in my life, it’s a welcome pause.

Barre3 has killer in-person classes and it also has online classes to support the hybrid lifestyles we’re seeing you tell us all about in the State of Fitness report

From aSweatLife Ambassador Weronika Leja, who summed up exactly what I was trying to say: “Barre3 forces me (in a good way) to consider each of my muscle groups more closely and recognize weak spots whether it’s a right calf or left outer glute. The class exercises every part of your body and leaves you humbled by what small intentional movements can accomplish. The studio also does a great job of aligning music to enhance the emotional/mental experience as well, which had me leaving class lighter + energized.”

And from Ambassador Jen Rutilli: “Madonna left Tracey Anderson for this, and now I know why. You get all the shaking and burning of a traditional barre class, but there’s a lot more cardio involved. I was dripping in sweat, which is crazy when you realize everything is so low impact. I love the focus on unilateral work, and the built in active recoveries allow you to work even harder.”

What about DingDing boxing in Dallas?

DingDing was our Studio of the Month partner in Dallas, where aSweatLife ambassadors and our sister community Fitness Ambassadors love to sweat.

This boxing workout is truly one of a kind. Ding Ding is group fitness inspired by boxing. 3 rounds of boxing with strength and core work in between. In other words, it’s 50 minutes of fun and fierceness. And a big plus that we saw a lot of ambassadors enjoy: it has an incredibly photogenic wall.

Get a free class with the promo code “ASWEATLIFE” – this will discount your Intro Class or a Single Class to $0.

This program is supported by Ultima Replenisher, which is what you’ll find in my water bottle when I’m in my building’s gym or my favorite studio fitness class. I’m a super sweaty human and I recover faster and feel better when I’m replenishing what I lose in my sweat and I love that they don’t have artificial junk in them. You can grab yours too with code aSweatLife20 for 20% off your first purchase. Expires 10/31/2023.
