Big stuff happening in the Chicago studio world! Last month, Yoga Fuzion opened in the Real Ryder Revolution space, bringing a fresh take on yoga and TRX training to Hubbard Street.

The Bar Method will be opening its doors in the Gold Coast. With its hands-on approach to ballet barre style workouts, pulse, tone and make your muscles shake January 26 at 1 East Delaware Place. Read the details here.

Spring of 2013, TruHarmony Yoga will open a second location in Lincoln Park at 1123 W. Armitage. The array of classes will widen to include Arial Yoga, “TruBarre yoga” and PiYo as well as the hot, powerful yoga and yoga sculpt you already know and love.
