Recover With Us During Sweatworking Week, Here’s How …

One of the special elements of Sweatworking Week this year – besides daylong takeovers at studios and gyms – is that we’ll feature ways to infuse self-care into your week. Expect facials, sauna, cryo, and more at a discount – and in some cases, even free.

Here’s what you’ll find and how to sign up.

Saturday June 8: Recovery at RSTR

After taking a class at RSTR, you’ll have access to the recovery tools at this strength-forward gym in Chicago’s South Loop. Try the cryobath, sauna, or percussive therapy – or perhaps all 3!

Access the recovery tools by signing up for any of the class times during Sweatworking week (Sat 6/8: 9:30, 10:30, or 11:30am).

Monday June 10: Recover at Restore Hyper Wellness West Loop and Lincoln Park

You’ll get your hands on three ways to recover at Restore Hyper Wellness! You can enjoy Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, or Compression. We’re obsessed with all of these options and your body will be too.

At the West Loop and Lincoln Park locations, use code “SWEATWORK24” to access those services for just $25 each.
