Sweatworking Week 2024 - June 8-15
Ready for a week of fitness, friendship and Fun?
Attention, fitness enthusiasts and wellness warriors! Mark your calendars for aSweatLife’s highly anticipated 12th Sweatworking Week, kicking off on June 8 and concluding on June 15.
The theme for Sweatworking Week is “Best Friends Forever.” And it may feel like a silly little thing to theme a week around, but aSweatLife exists to help you try new things and meet new people. We’ll celebrate new bonds, workout buddies, and the incredible power of friendship in fitness all week long.
And, every single day during Sweatworking Week, we’ll take over a fitness studio in Chicago. That means you’ll have a wide range of scheduled times to choose from! Each day will also feature a self care studio, meaning that you can sweat and recover all week long.
What does this schedule include?
Studio fitness across Chicago
During this week-long celebration of sweat and camaraderie, aSweatLife is teaming up with an exciting lineup of local studios and gyms across Chicago to bring you an array of exhilarating workouts and wellness experiences.
Daily Self Care opportunities
This year, we're also introducing daily self-care studios where you can indulge in some much-needed pampering and relaxation. We love working out, but there are so many ways to take care of your body outside of sweating.
A closing-event you won't want to miss
Details coming soon, but this end of the week is going to be packed with partners to keep things exciting.
