Remix My Training With Liu Gross, Burpee Edition

When we think about trainers who push the envelope, Liu Gross – Certified Personal Trainer who you can find doing one-on-one sessions across the city and teaching classes at Studio Three – comes to mind. Liu has more than a decade of training experience and brings his background and knowledge from sports to everything he does. He also has a low tolerance for mediocrity. His motto of “be better or be basic” drives everything he does.

So, when he told us about how he innovates using his idea of Remix My Training, we challenged him to take your Training up a notch.

He started with one of our favorite movements: a burpee. From there, he added something to set those legs on fire – a duck walk. The duck walk. It looks funny, it sounds funny, but in practice, it is anything but funny.

Add his Remix My Training move to your routine this week and we promise, you’ll be better for it.
