Join aSweatLife and Sarah Spain For a Retreat at Miraval Arizona Dec. 8-11

(Ready to sign up now? Do it here)

Sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with the aSweatLife team on a cliff outside of Tucson, Arizona, I doubted I would ever be so lucky again. Our partnership with Miraval and Lexus took our team to all of the wellness resorts’ U.S. locations in 2021.

Massages for work? You shouldn’t have.

And after posting our videos from the trip (see what we did at the Arizona-based resort), we started to hear the same question over and over: “When are you going to host a retreat there?”

It wasn’t until one of my favorite nights ever at Sarah Spain’s house, when she hosted an evening that was one part science lesson in manifesting and one part vision boarding workshop that I knew I’d found the right partner to make this happen.

December 8-11, join aSweatLife and espn’s Sarah Spain for a 4 day, 3 night retreat at Miraval Arizona.

Here’s what you can expect from this experience:

  • Discounted rates for your stay at Miraval Arizona in either a single occupancy room or a double occupancy room (aka, stay solo or stay with a friend)
  • $175.00 Resort Credit per person, per night. The credit can be applied to a selection of spa services, private sessions and activities, or toward group programming. (Basically $175 of your nightly rate comes right back to you in spa services/activities, etc.)
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the restaurant – we’ll host group dinners each night to debrief about the day
  • Complimentary smoothies and snacks in The Roost (which are plentiful – ask me about my favorite juice)
  • Access to Pre-existing Activity Schedule: numerous group lectures, fitness classes, outdoor adventures, nutritional education, meditations, and yoga experiences
  • Access to special programming created by Sarah Spain and aSweatLife on the neurological approach to manifesting (and getting everything you want).
  • This does NOT include airfare or alcohol.

Why we love Miraval:

Miraval is an inclusive, luxury wellness resort experience where checking in means putting your phone away and not worrying about where your wallet is. And gratuity is a non-issue. This is a tipping-free resort.

You can expect to be cared for and nourished from the moment you wake up to the second you lay your body onto the cloud-like bed. Get excited for the experience from spa to fitness to culinary and more.

A selection of things I love to do a Miraval resorts:

There is something for everyone and you’ll have access to the full schedule. Rest assured that your most outdoorsy friend, your all-day-in-the-spa friend, and your crystal-loving friend could all have unique and satisfying experiences. Here’s a smattering of experiences to add to your wish list, but there are so many more to pine over in this sample experience guide.

  • Cardio Drumming
  • The Equine Experience
  • Morning hikes through the Sonoran Desert in the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains.
  • Just Cook for me Chef
  • Aqua Cardio
  • Anything at the adventure course
  • Visiting the resident astrologers or intuitive guides
  • Floating meditation
  • Any soundbath experience
  • Explore the garden and meet the bees!

Ready to book? Secure your spot here!

After you book, grab a flight into Tucson International Airport arriving Dec. 8 and departing Dec. 11. My recommendation is to arrive as early as possible on the 8th and leave as late as possible on the 11th – you’ll have access to resort programming, meals and amenities until 5 pm Dec. 11.

Miraval offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. You’ll receive directions to schedule your shuttle in advance

You’ll get direction from Miraval on selecting your experiences around 6-weeks before the trip. We’ll ensure that you know when our dinner reservations are, but book any and everything you want to try.
