Join Us June 5 for the Race Against Gun Violence

On June 5, aSweatLife is heading to Grant Park—not for a workout in a gym, but for something bigger: the Strides For Peace’s Race Against Gun Violence. During Sweatworking Week, we’re spotlighting moments that help us move with meaning, and this one is personal.

Gun violence touches every corner of Chicago. This race raises funds for local nonprofits doing the hard, necessary work to bring peace to our neighborhoods. By lacing up, you’re showing up—for community, for change, for hope.

You can run or walk a 5K, 8K, or 2-mile course, all while supporting over 15 local organizations working to end gun violence. And for the little runners, there’s a kids’ race.

Make your miles matter.
