Here’s your 10-minute ab circuit:
Start with planks:
- 60 sec: Forearm Plank Dips, Right
- 60 sec: Forearm Plank Dips, Left
- 30 sec: Forearm Hip Dips
- 30 sec: Forearm Plank Hold
Then, take on this core series:
- 60 sec: Sit-ups, 1 count up, 4 counts down
- 45 sec: Shallow crunch
- 15 sec: Legs up pulse
- 60 sec: Leg lifts, 2 counts up, 2-count hold, 2 counts down
- 45 sec: Low leg ankle crisscross
- 15 sec: Low leg ankle crisscross hold
- 60 sec: Rope climb, straight legs
- 60 sec: Straight leg sit-ups
Optional: Rest for one to two minutes, then repeat the circuit for a full 20-minute workout.
