A 10-Minute Core Scorcher Workout With Trista Greco

Trista Greco, Chicago-based Nike Trainer and Barry’s Bootcamp Founding Instructor, is known to lead her classes through workouts that result in participants recounting their workout  with the hashtag, #DeathByTrista.

But if there’s one 10-minute circuit you won’t regret doing, it’s abs. And when it’s an core series by Trista, you know you’re in for a doozy of a workout.

That’s a big reason why the SweatWorking app was born – with individual workouts and workout programs created by trusted coaches. You know you’re getting a workout worth your time, even when you don’t have a lot of it.

Catch a sample of Trista’s Sore To The Core workout with this circuit that will get you all of the planks and crunches. One round will take you less than 10 minutes, but if you’re feeling ambitious, go through the circuit twice and you’ll be feeling the burn for the rest of the week.

Find Trista’s full Sore To The Core workout with even more movements, a full warm-up and a cool-down on the SweatWorking app. And, if you really want to experience #DeathByTrista,  take on her “Longer in 30” 4-week challenge, which is packed with barre, running and HIIT – a uniquely Trista combination.
