We had the absolute best time yesterday afternoon with asweatlife DMV experiencekraken for our February Friendship Experiment event! Not only did we play #pickleball we also got to roller-skate at their skating rink! Lots of fun activities including Giant Jenga, Darts, cornhole and pingpong were also included! 🛼🥰🏏🏓🎯🧱

Week 4 of Paris Marathon training recovery day with practice.eastend.

Last week, I ran ~23 miles total & my body was in need of a recovery day. Thankful to have healthfitnessbliss to try out the sauna & cold plunge contrast therapy at practice.eastend with me. Thank you asweatlife for finding the best studio around Chicago! 

We did 15 minutes sauna, 3 minutes cold plunge and repeat this 2-3 times.
