Get your tickets below! ⬇️

If you’re anything like us, you’re ready for an outdoor summer filled with movement and friendship.

It’s that time of year again—we’re so excited to host our #SweatworkingWeek this summer over the dates of July 26-30 in Chicago.

#SweatworkingWeek is a week that we bill as being “Like restaurant week, but for fitness.” And that’s true – you get a lot of chances to try and sample workouts that you might not ever have a chance to get your sweaty little mitts on otherwise. But the thing we’re most obsessed with is that you’re able to make new friends in a lot of different spaces quickly.

This summer, we’re embracing more of a celebratory tone. We’re theming the week around a simple idea: The summer of friendship.

You’ll see workouts that bring together fitness instructors from across Chicago for workouts that will make you feel alive – not only because your blood is pumping, but also because you’re able to see the bright shiny faces of the people whose heart rates are up too.

And we’re creating moments with partners that will help you feel the spirit of friendship too!

Say yes to a summer of friendship with aSweatLife. Get your tickets below! ⬇️

WeFlowHard® Vinyasa is Y7’s signature class designed to help take your practice to the next level. The instructor will guide you through vinyasa sequences, each repeated 3 times. The 1st time through the sequence, the instructor will break down the alignment in each posture. The 2nd time through, you will repeat the same sequence, speeding things up to link one-breath to one-movement. Finally, you will have the opportunity to take that sequence on your own during our signature “Flow On Your Own” portion of class.
