    We asked these partners and friends what they loved about Chicago fitness, and together, we built a day around it. Each day – with the exception of Saturday – will have two ways to sweat and one lunch-and-learn, which is an opportunity to learn more from people who have interesting perspectives in health, business and productivity – and to meet new people in a sweat-free environment.

    The results of this collaborative week are nothing short of magical. Each person and each day is totally unique, sweaty and exciting.

      Monday 6/5: Kate Lemere Tuesday 6/6: Jason and Bret of Live Better Co. Wednesday 6/7: Emily Hutchins Thursday 6/8: Erica Robinson Friday 6/9: Jeana and Maggie Saturday 6/10: Sweat Fitness Studio
    Morning workout 6 am: DJ-driven HIIT workout with Kate Lemere at Willis Tower (Waitlist only) 6 am: Mobility session with HyperIce and Bouldering session at Brooklyn Boulders 6 am: Strength for runners at OYM 6 am: Hyde Park art run with Runstreet and workout with Erica Robinson 6 am: Zen Yoga Garage 10 am: Rooftop workout with SWEAT at JOY District  (Waitlist only)
    Lunch and Learn 12 pm: Lunch and Learn: Habit change 12 pm: Lunch and Learn: Having the Best Day Ever every day 12 pm: Overcoming obstacles 12 pm: Lunch and Learn Fueling creativity through fitness 12 pm: Lunch and Learn: Bossed-up lunch hours 11am-1 pm: Closing party – anyone who attends any session throughout the week will be invited!

    About Dani Kruger

    As a proud New Englander at heart, Dani loves the outdoors and anything maple-flavored. After graduating from the University of Michigan and living for a brief time in DC, she moved to Chicago where she developed a passion for fitness and biking. Dani's competitive nature is no secret, whether she's trying to do yoga at all of the state capitol buildings (19 so far!) or seeing how far she can push herself in group fitness classes. By day, she nerds out behind the computer as a researcher and data analyst for a health care consulting firm, where she works to ensure all individuals have timely access to high quality health care services.
