Another day, another incredible Sweatworking Week partner to get you moving June 1-7 with offers across Chicago.

At @tbclincolnpark and @tbcwickerpark you can get your hands on a free class that week! Glove rental will be included with your class, and wraps will be discounted to $10 if you need a pair (if you already have hand wraps, bring them!). 

Ambassador @katie.e.lorenz popped in for a class and loved the 45-minute format and she loved the class, which made her feel like an athlete getting ready for fight night.

Every class includes a thoughtful progression of warm-up drills, shadowboxing, HIIT exercises, 3-minute rounds on the heavy bag, and strength work.

If you like yoga hot, dark, by candle light, and with lots of hands-on assists, @ritualhotyoga is for you.

During Sweatworking Week, (June 1-7) you’ll be able to pop into the Lakeview location and take advantage of a discounted offer to get into the studio to flow (and sweat) to the beat of the instructors’ incredible music.

aSweatLife Ambassador @kdmancuso’s recommendation? Try Ritual Hot Yoga (the studio’s signature hot class) and get into one of the studio’s newest classes - Ritual Red Light Yin (a restorative practice that takes place on red light therapy yoga mats).

Here’s what Kadi had to say about Ritual Red Light Yin: 
🚨Red Light Yin is a yoga practice that combines the gentle, restorative nature of Yin yoga with the therapeutic benefits of red light therapy.
🚨I took it following a run and found it extremely restorative! Made my skin super glowy as well.
🚨I felt the positive benefits all day as it carried great energy post class.  
🚨Pro tip for red light, wear a tank/bra and shorts to maximize the benefits 

Here’s what Kadi said about Ritual Lakeview in general:
🧘‍♀️Ritual has everything you need to have an amazing practice. The studios are all-inclusive and provide mats, mat towels, lockers, showers, and numerous post-class amenities.  
🧘‍♀️She met some lovely regulars at the studio that were “extremely welcoming” and they shared their favorite classes  
🧘‍♀️At Ritual Hot Yoga, they close practice with a cool eucalyptus towel and gentle massage (but you have the option to pass on these if it’s not your thing). 
🧘‍♀️She said she “loved the hands on assist”
🧘‍♀️So easy to get showered and ready after class. “it was nice to have a private shower area for each person (I saw 3 of these) then additional changing rooms/bathroom”

This Sweatworking Week - June 1-7 - @zenyogagarage is making it easy to try new things. They’re giving you a FREE week of classes.

This huge space in Bucktown has a lot to love - from airy hangout spaces, to a jam-packed schedule with classes like barre, vinyasa, HOT classes, pre- and post-natal classes, and so much more.

🧘‍♀️There are levels to everything, so it’s a “choose your own adventure” in each class 
🧘‍♀️they have a wide variety of classes - well worth my trip from Hyde Park 
🧘‍♀️They also have a kids yoga class and baby yoga class; both which sound amazing for my kiddos if I can steal away from work for a day in the morning  🧘‍♀️Loved Manny’s class so much ... “It focused on deep core and as a new mom to a third baby I need deep core more than anything!”

One of our Sweatworking week partners is a soulful yoga studio in the West Loop called @soulhousechicago.

aSweatLife Ambassador @casey_welby got into try the studio and here’s what she said:

This Sweatworking Week, we’re featuring some newer friends on our roster of 30 partner fitness studios, including @btonefitnesslakeview.

This reformer studio focuses heavily on strength, which it does with its custom-created reformers that are named, “Tone-y.”

The studio is in Lakeview on Diversey, just East of Halsted and aSweatLife Ambassador @kbiladeau tried it for herself. She loved the workout, but wanted to shout out the following: “this studio gets so much natural light and the machines are so nice! The staff is super friendly and very welcoming.”

This Sweatworking Week, from June 1-7, one of our partners @shred415 has lots of ways for you to get into the studio to try new things in the Lincoln Park and Old Town locations. And we love how SHRED415 has evolved through the years to add classes that are strength-only, while staying true to the format that Chicago has come to love.

Come with us to visit one of our partner studios for Sweatworking Week. June 1-7, we’re creating our 13th version of our favorite week of the year - and the whole purpose is to give you ways to try new things and meet new people in fitness studios and gyms across Chicago.
