Paige is a Chicago-based yoga teacher dedicated to expanding the definition of who wellness is for. As the founder of Undone, a pop-up yoga and meditation experience for mind-body regeneration, she believes that the key to healing the world starts with inner work. With a degree in journalism and 200 hours as a certified yoga instructor, Paige's intention is to help cultivate creativity, connection, and celebration of self for her students. She combines her experience as an athlete, writer, musician, and yoga instructor to help you find a sense of renewal that sticks.
