We did this series at Bridal Sculpt last week and it didn’t leave anyone looking for any more work. If you’re in need of a workout and you only have 30 minutes, do this HIIT series two times, if you have 45 minutes, do it three times. When I do this series, I go as hard as I can on every exercise. It’s only a minute, right?

Push-ups (you can do these on your knees if you need):

Side planks (add a pulse to the hips for a challenge):
