Workday fitness fix: tread and shred

Got 40 minutes, a treadmill and a set of dumbbells? Fit a tough workout into your day. One of my favorite ways to make time at the gym fly is running between weights and the treadmill.

The lunchtime session my co-worker and I fit into the day totally wiped the floor with me. Get it.
