Bridal Sculpt Salutes Queen Bey with a fierce workout and playlist

How does one stay on track with one’s fitness goals on one of the coldest days of the year? By channeling the utter fierceness of Beyoncé into a workout.

Not only did Bey come out in our workout, we invited some inspiration (and science) from Chris Jordan’s 7-Minute Workout with some High intensity sets – more to come on that. We broke class up with 4 sets of 25 burpees. 100 burpees? Not bad for a Tuesday night.
