Not only did Bey come out in our workout, we invited some inspiration (and science) from Chris Jordan’s 7-Minute Workout with some High intensity sets – more to come on that. We broke class up with 4 sets of 25 burpees. 100 burpees? Not bad for a Tuesday night.
