Embrace spring fever with this outdoor workout!

If you’re as stir crazy as I am, you’re looking for any excuse to take your workouts outside. A little vitamin D with the appropriate amount of SPF on, of course, goes a long way in upping that happiness factor that your workout already gives you. I used this circuit to get me out of my hotel gym and onto the beach on my recent vacation, because when its nice outside, sometimes a gym is the worst place to get in your workout.

Your challenge, should you choose to accept it: take a run, find a bench and complete this circuit three times.

Push-ups with your feet on a bench:

Triceps dips

Box jumps:

Lunges with back foot on the bench:

Step-ups on a bench:
