Celebrity Trainer Erin Oprea is Back September 13 – 15!

We had so much fun working and playing hard with celebrity trainer and friend of aSweatLife Erin Oprea in July, we just had to do it again—so we invited her back for three more workouts in September

In case you needed a refresher, Erin has an extensive background in personal training, working with some huge music stars including Carrie Underwood and Kacey Musgraves. She served for nine years in the U.S. Marine Corps and made history when she was appointed to lead the first female platoon attached to the infantry in a war zone. AKA, she is tough.

If you didn’t get a chance to work out with her before, you’re in luck! Erin is back September 13 – 15. You’ll experience 60-minutes of Oprea’s signature group workout format but each event will have its own twist. On Friday, Erin will be adding in one of her favorite ways to work up a sweat – jump roping, which she does daily. She will be partnering with Rachel Jablow of GET ROPED.™️, a full-body jump rope fitness method that uses beat-inspired intervals to provide an unrivaled cardio and strength training workout using only a jump rope, so you will get twice the sweat. Saturday, you’ll get extra groovy with a dance + HIIT mash-up workout featuring international choreographer Karim Tonsy. And finally, on Sunday, it is all about Erin’s heart-pumping, body-weight workout with a hint of country and a lot of brunch.

No matter which day you choose to come sweat with us and Erin (or if you come to all three!) you will have an opportunity to meet Erin, raise money for charity, and of course, meet new friends.

Friday, September 13

Where: Chicago Athletic Association, 12 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL

When? The workout will kick off at 6 pm, but we’ll be there to check you in starting at 5:30 pm.

What do I need to wear? Your favorite fitness attire and shoes to carry you through the workout!

What else should I bring? Your ID for your Michelob ULTRA after the workout!

Saturday, September 14

Where: Morgan’s on Fulton, 950 W Fulton St, Chicago, IL 

When? The workout will kick off at 10 am, but we’ll be there to check you in starting at 9:30 am.

What do I need to wear? Your favorite fitness attire and shoes to carry you through the workout!

What else should I bring? Just your ID for some beverages post-workout!

Sunday, September 15

Where: Old Crow Smokehouse River North, 149 W Kinzie St, Chicago, IL

When? The workout will kick off at 10:00 am, but we’ll be there to check you in starting at 9:30 am.

What do I need to wear? Your favorite fitness attire and shoes to carry you through the workout!

What else should I bring? Your ID and Sunday brunch appetite! Your ticket includes a full brunch buffet spread, including an omelette station and we’ll have Michelob ULTRAs on us!
