Each week, we work with Registered Dietitian Catherine Borkowski, who creates menus that are as flavorful as they are healthy. Catherine creates meals that are plant-powered, so everyone can enjoy them – from vegetarians who usually won’t need to make many adjustments to meat-lovers who want to add or increase their sources of protein in the menu.
